A chilly month - NOV 2023

It has been a cold month, here in the Netherlands. Recently I've started to see the rain start to turn into snow at night. I find it rather beautiful, watching the mixture of snow and rain float down to the ground. The speed at which it falls, it's not quite as slow as proper snow, but barely noticeably slower than regular rain. The effect is, to me, quite magical.
My creative project engine has gone equally chilly. I can report much less progress compared to last month. This was expected, however. Due to the nature of my work, I will always become much busier towards the end of the year, leaving my own time very limited.
As a candle of light in these darker nights, I have done some work here and there despite my busyness with work. I suspect I have my old friend to thank; we have maintained our fortnightly talks to share progress with our creative projects. I have also been chatting with an even older friend about different projects.
Over the last month, I did not manage to complete a video of my art tutorial series, however, I did manage to plan the entire series out, using what I've learned at work. The scripts for the videos are also now complete.

In terms of my storytelling endeavors, I completed 4 creative writing sessions this month, some of them were with the creative writing club, the rest I did at home to avoid spreading my illness to others. The month has been cold to me.
In total I wrote 2 451 words to add to the planning of my one of my longer stories. It isn't the best metric to measure progress with story planning, especially since a future audience of the actual story would never see these words. But, I still do think the planning is important, more so than any other for this story.
I will end this update with whimsy, a Reddit post I wrote while sharing a dream I had one night. Many seemed to be interested enough to open up my post. Perhaps it will interest you too.
