I received a job offer!
The search for a job comes to an end and I can deactivate the job search portion of my life gamification prototype!
In other good news, I made 15 paintings in November, more than any other month in the last few years. It wasn't the 30 paintings (1 for each day of the month) that I was hoping for, but it certainly is far more than last month's one step back, where I only painted 5 paintings.
Over these 15 paintings I noticed an improvement in the complexity of the compositions I was able to work with, both in generating my own scenes or copying reference scenes. Also, I am now 2 paintings away from completing my second set of 100 paintings. Hopefully that means I will be starting my next set of 100 paintings this month!
In terms of my story telling, I am working on the broad strokes overarching plot of my first long form story. I don't want to give any spoilers away so I suppose all I can say is that it's pretty fun to play around with. Progress isn't always smooth, but I try to at least work on the planning in some form for a little while each day, even if it's for 15 minutes.
A nod to my time with Duolingo, "I am an apple" was one of the first things I learned to say in Dutch.
